Paused torrents in transfer list
hello all
I am using Qbt 4.1.4 and would like to know if I have a bunch of torrents in the transfer list but have them all paused are they visible to anyone outside of my app. Or do you have to be activley seeding for torrents on my system to be visible to anyone looking for them.
