Re: Finished downloads dissapearing from qBittorrent
My version is 4.4.3.1 (32-bit) When I reopen qBittorrent, I see all finished torrents are gone. I want to seed. For a few days. This happened to me as well the last time I used qbittorrent portable years ago. Still searching for a stable and reliable one. Apparently, the installer version is the mo...

Re: Import torrents from qBittorrent to qBittorrent Portable
Look here. https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/wiki/How-to-use-portable-mode It's able to run "portable" natively. I had to use 7zip to extract the x64 version. Someone else will have to chime in about the first two questions. Thanks for your reply on this, can you check this post ...

Re: Import torrents from qBittorrent to qBittorrent Portable
The "cleanest" is to simply drag in the .torrent files and set the same download location. It will re-check every download and just continue where you left off. Plan B is to just add a simple torrent to Portable, and open the "Data\settings\" folder inside portable. You can just...

Re: Import torrents from qBittorrent to qBittorrent Portable
How about importing torrents from qBittorrent to qBittorrent Portable? How do I do that? 1) Which portable are you using from? "Portabbleapps dot com" or "portapps dot io" 2) Which version and is it stable? Like it doesn't go like this https://qbforums.shiki.hu/viewtopic.php?f=1...

Re: upload doesn't work
check if your ports are blocked by your ISP or not, use canyouseeme dot org and type your current port that is being used in qbittorrent, if you can a error then probably your ports are blocked.
Re: Freeze-up
I faced the same problem but with newer versions. Refer to this post viewtopic.php?f=14&t=8410

Re: qBittorrent Updates
The update doesn't remove your downloads. Refere to my post on this forum titled "qbittorrent's Habit of Being Not Responding". If you are using 4.2.1, then I would recommend not to update as this version is by far the most stable one yet.

qbittorrent's Habit of Being Not Responding
qBittorrent has a habit of being not responding every time. I have 134 torrents in the list, with 11 currently on the Downloading list and the rest at seeding. Now, if I pause all torrents from seeding, it'll become not responding and stay like that for about 1-2 mins and then be stable. This is rea...

Re: Windows tool for migration from Bittorrent/uTorrent/Deluge to qBittorrent
About 100% completion with partically downloaded torrents it's impossible Let's say the tool won't work for torrents that were downloaded partially, and by partially I meant this >> See the screenshot I added. https://i.postimg.cc/dQTHZL79/image.png In the image, you would see I did not select the ...

Re: Windows tool for migration from Bittorrent/uTorrent/Deluge to qBittorrent
Blackhole , crematerimt Check version 1.4, I adapted bt2qbt for libtorrent 1.2.5.0 that uses qBittorrent 4.2.0+ , transfer must be fine now. Yeah, I thought that might be the case too, checked some other posts and one person said that 4.2.1 is more optimized so tried that instead and it worked. Alt...

Re: Windows tool for migration from Bittorrent/uTorrent/Deluge to qBittorrent
I tried this with my utorrent having 284 torrents and after import, opened qbittorrent and it became non-responsive. I started the app multiple times but every time it becomes non-responsive and stays like that for some time before closing on its own.
