"Stalled Uploading"
Most of my torrents are listed as "Stalled Uploading" Does that mean it is stalled because no one is actively downloading or does that means I cannot upload because something has gone wrong?

Note that in windows there is only one copy of qBittorrent in the system settings. I cannot chose which version to launch at startup or to uninstall.

Old version keeps opening
When I boot my computer version 4.2.5 keeps opening. I installed the latest version but the old version persists. Any tips on getting rid of the old version without losing my torrent collection?
