qBittorrent official forums

Here is qBittorrent 4.6.2 built with MSVC 2022. I have set my alternate upload speed to 1/4 of the primary speed, and I don't see a reaction at all. I am expecting 300KB/s, getting 900+ regardless of the alternate button on the bottom. My speedtest shows 11Mbits up, or about 1.37MB/s. I'm on Avast ...
