qBittorrent 4.3.1 and ClearType

Hello,
I've been using for a long time version 3.1.12 of qBittorrent.
Recently I had to migrate to the latest version.
I noticed a problem with font on the list of torrents - the font is ugly. (see att) (the problem did not occur in 3.1.12)
It is so because I have ClearType in Windows 10 off - I don't like it - it makes the text too bold for me (especially on websites).
When I switch it on, the font in qBitTorrent looks correct, even after I switch it off leaving qBit running.
Would it be possible to fix this for ppl not using ClearType? Or maybe someone knows a way to switch on ClearType only for one app?
