Feature request: torrent download (content) filter out

It would be awesome if qBittorrent would allow to define an ignore list to be appliet do each torrent downloade.g. (names are totally random, trust me):
RARBG.txt
RARBG_DO_NOT_MIRROR.EXE

Yes I agree,
I have noticed too, that no matter what l set in options or when I first click on a torrent and I untick unwanted files I do not want they still download, like (RARBG.txt & RARBG_DO_NOT_MIRROR.EXE) is this a bug? or is this created in a torrent to download even if you do not tick or choose it?
