I've maxed all the settings and removed any and all restrictions (slots, connects, bandwith, etc).
Still, out of 30 torrents that I *know* have peers that need the data, only 1 or 2 torrents will be seeding... and at extremely slow speeds ; 5-20k/sec.

Yes they are. So private that they're in fact not shown under the Tracker tab.
The owner has two dedicated seedboxes going on at all times.
I can download all the content I want, but end up not sharing once the seeding has started.

Situation normal with "private" trackers then, unless your client is the original or only seed for the job ... ... your upload will be as close to zero as it can get without being zero.
