Qbt 3.1.11

Hi,
I just re-installed Windows 7, 32bit. This time I'm using qBt 3.1.11, the official one, not the portable edition. Because that one is not suported.
I just run in just 2 problems as so far:
One: I tried to search something: View>Search engine. The first time I have tried it just hang up after the prompt to install Phyton. I installed Phyton manually and now I got a crash. Details below:

I have my Windows in Romanin, but I hope it still makes sense to you, especially if you are familiar with the format of the log.
The second issue is that it still opens parent folders on double click (and not the actuall folder with the payload). But on some torrents and not all, curious.

I don't know what to make of it.

Now that I think about it I should had named this topic a little different.
Now I have the alpha version of qBt. I have a crash everytime Windows starts and qBt respectively. I had this exact same issue with 3.1.11. I don't know what's going on.
