Torrents don't download when using Cyberghost

Hi being an absolute newbie and an old age pensioner as well, please don't shout because I don't understand modern technologoy. Having said that I'll now ask my question to try and get help (in simple terms).
I am using Cyberghost 6 VPN and whilst one or two torrents will eventually download, most of them just "stall".
Could someone please explain why and wat I need to do to overcome this. (I use a VPN as I have had a warning letter from my ISP)
