Custom icons

I am wanting to run multiple instances of Qbt and I would like to be able to customize the taskbar and system tray icons of each instance.
With utorrent it was quite easy. I just put a main.ico and tray.ico in the folder with the .exe and it would find and use them as see in the attached image.

With Qbt it is looking like the only way is to create a custom qbtheme bundle which might be a bit of a hassle.

Is there a quick way to do this like utorrent has? If not, is there a reference/default unpacked qbtheme to start from?

Can't you use resource hacker to replace the icon?

Thanks for the tip, it got me halfway there. It worked for the icon on the taskbar but not the system tray, unfortunately.
