Latest Version for CentOS 7

I reported a bug with my QBT and it was closed because I need to upgrade my version for CentOS 7. See this post. Unfortunately the latest supported version is 3.3.7. I can find version 4 for Fedora but not CentOS 7 and there is likely compatibility problems if I use that RPM or source. Can someone tell me where I can get version 4 that will work on CentOS 7? TIA.
