DHT fails with libtorrent 1.2.4 (CentOS 8.1)

If I compile qbittorrent 4.2.1 with the newly released libtorrent-rasterbar 1.2.4 then DHT does not work.

Is this the expected behaviour? Do some changes need to be made?

Can anyone else confirm this works/fails on another os/platform?

All now appears working with libtorrent 1.2.5
