Folder for GeoIP file

Post by rmlazzari »

Hi, I've installed Qbittorrent but it don't shows national flags of the seeders. I've find a file with that flags (GeoLite2-Country.mmdb) but the instalation is for Windows. It says to move that file to "Users/username/AppData/Local/qBittorrent". But under Linux (Mint), where must I store the GeoIP file to show the flags?

Thank you.

Excuse if this is a newbie question but, well... I'm actually completely newbie. ;D

No version information supplied, but this wiki may help.
You may try to create a free account and place a free license key or provide your own database file manually.
As far as I know, there's a $HOME/.local/share/data/qBittorrent/GeoIP/GeoLite2-Country.mmdb file in Ubuntu 18.04.
But I find qbittorrent v4.2.2 use dbip-country-lite.mmdb by default.
