Seeding Maximum??

Greetings all,
I have been having an odd behavior and am not sure if it is the client or the tracker.
I have been seeding >30 torrents on a particular site, but the site flags me as FIREWALLED if i seed more than 20 at one time. Seeding 20 is fine...as soon as I resume 1 more, the site says firewalled. Ports are forwarded and my speeds are fine.
Fewer than 20 and things are fine (it doesn't matter which torrents or combos), as soon as I >20...boom.
I have asked about this on the site and im told it is not the tracker
Could this be a qBittorrent behavior or quirk?
BTW im using 4.2.1
