Where do I learn how to use torrent apps?

I have downloaded qBittorrent, to use in conjunction with Myanonymouse.net for use on a Mac. I don't quite know here to start, how to find a torrent, how to add the torrent to qBittorrent to search. Any suggestions on how to learn about all this?
