qBittorrent official forums

I want to lock down the client to only go out on a single IP because it's had leaks, and I got ISP notices.

If I go into OS X settings, the interfaces are listed as names; "Ethernet 1, Wi-Fi, VPN (IKEv2), etc".

I cannot find a terminal command to give me those names and the names qbtorrent uses in advanced settings; "utun0, 1, 2, etc", so I can bind it to use only the VPN interface.

Nothing I can find will show me what the names are in system settings, vs qbtorrent.

(My other thought was to setup a proxy server, like squid.)

I just need to make sure NOTHING the qbtorrent app does gets by.

In terminal, I've tried netstat, system_profiler, scutil, ipconfig, and networksetup, but can't find anything that will match the interface names up.
Any ideas how to accomplish what I need?

I have this exact same question. I have been trying just selecting interfaces, such as "utun1" and trying them one at a time, but each seems to stop torrents from running altogether, at least so far.
