upgrade from 3.2.5 to 3.3.6 stopped all traffic

After upgrading to 3.3.6 (from 3.2.5) qBittorrent is unable to connect to anything.
Obviously i didnt change any settings or ports, just ran the installer then started qBittorrent.

Ive even tried removing and re-adding it to Windows Firewall just to be sure.
EDIT: Also tried disabling the firewall to make sure its not it, still no go

Since there is no testing functionality i tried the "Check for Updates" entry and it managed to connect to the update server, so some network functionality still works.

Any ideas?

I figured it out.

I had configured a specific Network Interface since i have several network cards.
Turns out qBittorrent didnt like that old setting, setting it to "Any Interface" solved it.
