Failure reason 10:Overloaded

Hi all,
qBittorrent suddenly stopped downloading files. It still uploads them though. I get the following error on any new torrent I add:

URL udp://9.rarbg.to:2920/announce
Message d14:failure reason10:Overloaded8:retry in2:60e

If anyone knows whats going on I'd really be grateful for some help.

Wow wtf. Never seen that one before.
Is it in the log? What does the Tracker tab say?

Maybe the tracker was simply momentarily overloaded, as the message suggests...
