My download speed is very slow on v4.3.0.1

(Solved) Even when I try to download a torrent with a lot of seeders I downloading very slowly, my download speed can increase to a few Kib/s at most. When I try to download the same torrent via uTorrent I can go over a few MB/s. How do I fix this problem?

Edit: I solved the problem guys, right click qBittorrent in the notification tray you will see alternative speed limits turned on, remove the check mark and your problem will be fixed. I didn't put the check mark but it was like this, when I removed it the problem fixed.
