Possible to configure skip slow seeds in favor of quicker ones?

Post by as7r080y »

Hi there,

I am pretty sure qB can do this but maybe I just have not configured it correctly.

I want qB to cycle through torrents that I am seeding and if there is no activity on one it will move across to the next one until it finds a torrent that is actively beening needed to seed. It will then stay there, but move after a period of inactivity again.

Reason I am asking is because I have say 50 torrents seeding but they have no activity and unless I increase the seed number it will simply not move to other torrents to seed unless I have manual intervention.

Hope that is understandable. Thanks guys.

Just simply set your queue to "-1" (unlimited). Just put 0 and then decrease and it becomes infinite.
Just by "seeding" (if there is no speed), your PC, router, and bandwidth will not be taxed. Your client will simply refresh the tracker now and then, telling you that you are there to seed. That's pretty much it. Some people are seeding 10 thousand torrents.
