Plex Streaming Help

I’m a newbie, so apologies if this seems incredibly basic.
I currently use Plex to stream all of my qbittorrent downloads. I’ve never had an issue, but for some reason a random selection of my downloads are now not available for viewing (new downloads, not older stuff). They simply don’t appear in my Plex library. No errors, no flags, they show in my QB dashboard and are actively seeding… but Plex doesn’t recognize them.
I recently downloaded a random selection of movies, and some work while others don’t. I couldn’t recognize any similarities that might trigger inaction.
