Windows 11 all current updates.
Current qbittorrent v4.6.0 (64bit)
Installing qbittorrent v4.6.4 x64

Recent updates of qbittorrent have been posting the message " This installer required at least Windows 10 (1809) / Windows Server 2019"
I don't understand what or where the problem is. qbittorrent v4.6.0 installed and is working perfectly. Windows is definitely W11.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Update. utorrent installs and runs without error. So it appears to be something the qbittorrent installer is picking up the wrong OS version.

Solved. Sort of. v4.6.4 installed when I executed the installer from a CDM windows with admin permissions.
Executing the installer with mouse and right click 'run as administrator' produced the same error.
