Restore operation didn't work - Didn't restore the torrents

Hello.
Some months ago I asked how I could backup my qbittorent installation so I wouldn't have to add all the torrents, here is the link --> index.php/topic,4552.msg23324.html#msg23324
I upgraded my system, installed Windows again, installed the same version of qbittorent but the problem is that after restoring the respective folders, when I open qbittorent everything is blank, there are no torrentes added (only the settings were restored, not the torrents). I restored both AppData\Roaming\qBittorrent and qbittorent installation folder.
Does anyone know why? What should I do in order to restore the torrents?
