In the seed column that means those numbers, when do you know that someone has the complete file?
0 (0) = No seeds at all, no 100% completion available. Keep it running, someone might connect with time.
1 (1) = 1 seed (100%) is available and connected to you.
1 (10) = 1 seed is connected to you, 10 in total are available in the swarm where 9 are not yet connected, or seen active in the past hours (days).
These numbers can change quickly while DHT is active.
