New update 4.3.0 High DPI scaling problem

Just updated to new 4.3.0, and some arrow icons look broken, my display is 1440p, DPI 125%

Could you make a report about this on Github? (Check if there are reports already.)
Please include a screenshot (or screenshots) of the issue.
(For me, at work PC, 2K display, all arrows and stuff look OK. But I don't use DPI scaling.)

I'm not happy with 4.3.0 either, but because the spacing expanded.
See attached screen composite. Yes, I could resize the window,
but that's not the issue -- it's the extra spacing that bugs me.
Lenovo ThinkPad T470p with 14" 2560x1440 panel running Windows 8.1 Pro at 150%.
