Web UI copy/paste problems
« on: July 15, 2010, 08:24:59 pm »
First off... the BEST torrent client available for linux... kudos!  I'm having a problem with the web interface.  When I try to paste a URL to download, nothing shows up.  I can, however, type the URL out ok... but copy/paste doesn't work... Wanted to know if this was just me, or a bug.

Thanks!

Ack... sorry this was a fail on my part!  I was using this on my iPhone... Safari browser!  You are right; the desktop web version works like a charm.

I think it's just you , I just tried to copy/paste and it worked perfectly.

What is your configuration (Browser- qbittorrent version - ubuntu version)

Yes, this bug was reported already.

Apparently, you cannot paste when using Safari on the iPhone. I tried to look into it but I could not find a reason. This is a simple HTML textarea.
Also, I don't have the hardware to test so it is difficult to debug.

In any case, it works in all the browsers I know so I think the issue may be with the iPhone Safari itself.
