Guess when you load a torrent with qBittorrent and it creates a dir.. that's it.

But. Bodya-dnepr: Please report this bug on the Launchpad tracker. That way it'll be fixed, since the forum is not for bugreports.

Two users reported it on Windows. It should be fixed in v2.4.1 (soon to be released). If you still find encoding issues after that, please notify me (there might be similar issues at other places of the code).
