moving from Windows to Linux
« on: July 13, 2016, 10:29:33 pm »
I have changed my HTPC to a Linux box. qBittorrent is installed. My downloaded files ( payload? ) are on an external drive. I saved all the tracker files in another folder. Can I just point qBittorent to the correct payload folder and everything will work? If not what steps should I take to ensure all my payload files will seed?

Thanks.

You (and anyone else who finds this thread :) ) can copy BT_Backup folder but you will need to replace paths in .fastresume files.
Here is a tool for that (scroll down for the whole project source code or .exe) https://qbforums.shiki.hu/index.php/topic,3925.msg29239.html
