@Switeck "set to update"?
I have three other torrents seeding, but i can pause those and still have this issue. As soon as I pause this one torrent in question, the access attempts stop.

I tested the torrent and it doesn't happen to me.

Why, I don't know... but I've always had DHT and LPD/LSD disabled in my tests.

It is set to check for updates, which it does. When launched, it prompts me to update to the latest version, which I'm hearing was bugged, so I ignore it and am staying on x.x.5.

BiglyBT is another BitTorrent client that sees a similar issue:
https://github.com/BiglySoftware/BiglyBT/issues/1050
"There are a lot of things that cause BiglyBT to make external connections - Tor, I2P, DHT, MLDHT, Trackers, Peer Exchange, Web Seeds... and we can't account for these or whether they will be flagged as bad addresses."
