Re: Renaming files and continuing to seed

Plex doesn't have any issues with handling scene/P2P names.
I never rename my shows and never had any issues that Plex couldn't find which show it was.

Re: VPN+qBittorrent+start with windows? What are my options?

It's a shame to say that uTorrent handles this without any issues. I kind made a workaround for it, My VPN client has a option to start a program as soon as there is a VPN connection. And when the VPN connection drops it force closes qbittorrent (qbittorrent doesn't have a nice way to shutdown with ...

Re: Can’t update “hours spent please help”

Reboot your computer make sure qbittorrent isn't running.
You also can check your taskmanager if it's still there then force close it and update with the new file you downloaded.

Re: Cross seeding

If the .torrents are identical you can copy the announce url to the existing .torrent in the tracker tab.
Then you will seed on both trackers
Hi,
I'm using VPNetMon, it shuts off any app when VPN goes down and restart apps when VPN is back.

What command line option did you use for shutting down qbittorrent on Windows ?

Re: Force Recheck one by one possible ?

If you don't have a powerful machine or running it in a vmware checking all the torrents at the same time is to much stress/strain on the server or harddrive what eventually results in a slower process before it's finished. If it would be checked 1 by 1 it would have a less strain on the system and ...

Re: Force Recheck one by one possible ?

Because there's hardly any support here,
or they don't see the issue in it.
(Noticed this also with other support questions i've asked, a lot of people have read it but 0 response)

I decided to add them paused and do a recheck 1 by 1,
i know it's a painful and long taking job.

Re: How do I stop all downloads?

Wish it would act like uTorrent and error out on torrents that have been completed and something like this happens.

Force Recheck one by one possible ?

I'm in the middle of moving my files from utorrent to Qbittorrent,
But i'm looking for a way to (hash check) Force Recheck one by one,
when doing a force check on the files i moved it does all the torrents at the same time.

Re: Windows tool for migration from Bittorrent/uTorrent/Deluge to qBittorrent

Could be it was copying all my episodes to the download drive.
But my download drive isn't that big.
So I got all my collected episodes on other drives and it should stay there and seed from that location where it's stored now.
And not copy or move the files.

Re: Windows CLI tool for migration from Bittorrent/uTorrent (3.x) to qBittorrent
I did not check, but it should work theoretically with version 2 as well. As a maximum, you will need to turn off the import of tags. And you can import in already existing qBittorrent, but I still advise you to make backups
I tested it and it worked, Had to force shutdown...

Re: Windows CLI tool for migration from Bittorrent/uTorrent (3.x) to qBittorrent

it says in the topic utorrent 3.x
does it anyway work with utorrent 2.x ?

Also does it work if you already have a working qbittorrent ?
without losing that info ?
