Re: qBittorent would like to control your computer using accessibility features

I wouldn’t recommend or suggest a free VPN for privacy. PIA seems to be a decent option- they do have port forwarding. I looked into your suggestion for hosting a seed box. Quite pricey. Minimum plan is $16 month for Plex/jellyfin/kodi, and I think I have to use a VPN to connect via Canada or Nether...

Maybe it's this? It's an old one and for Qt5. I wonder why it didn't receive more attention.
Yes, that was most likely it.

Re: qBittorent would like to control your computer using accessibility features

Yes user assignable shared IPs are pointless to block and some IPs aren't in user space at all, and should be blocked. Bogons being one category. I block Bogons and static IPs assigned to companies, governments, etc and ports below 1024. You would be surprised how many filtered IPs and ports I see i...

Re: qBittorent would like to control your computer using accessibility features

Could be that qBittorrent is using Qt interface

I don't think it's anything nefarious, just am curious to know what happens if we choose yes OR no... because I like to know these things.

reintegrating ".parts" files strange behavior

I understand that when downloading a torrent with qbittorrent and deselecting some of the torrent's files that they are indeed downloaded and hidden in a .parts file on the system. No problem. Now that I understand, I can go back to those torrents and check the files that I had initially deselected?...

Re: Selecting multiple torrents with Shift Key

It seems that using + (Command and Shift keys) works on macOS to select multiple lines.

Is there documentation anywhere or is it trial and error?

Selecting multiple torrents with Shift Key

I used to be able to hold the Shift key down, select the topmost torrent in transfers, then select the bottommost torrent and all the torrents in between would stay selected. I can do this now, but I have to hold the mouse button down for a few seconds in order for the selection to stick. If I let g...

EDITED: (?i)\btvshow\b.*S\d{2}E\d{2}.*nordic.*1080p.*?264 (?i)\bmovie\b.*nordic.*1080p.*?264 Try that RegEx, links to Regex101.com You have chosen the release group “nordic”. Take that out if you don’t care. Usually seasons indicate a show not a movie. The episode switch should only match one time.

Re: New to qbittorrent and can't get RSS Episode filters working

I want to filter a specific word only , ie I only wish to DL "Dog" , Currently my RSS filter will download anything with "dog" in the title. Any help would be appreciated. Brush up on your regex... it's a steep learning curve but it works really well. :) https://regex101.com
