Re: Dimeadozen protocol error 4
Dime simply does not like qBittorrent. Their FAQ has a list of accepted/approved clients and a list of banned clients. qBittorrent is not on either list. They also have a category 'All other clients' in which they say "we neither block it nor recommend it", hence qB is that error's "e...

Re: Updated to 13.6 and cannot add torrents to 4.6.0RC2
I have no direct help for you but am here to say I've seen elsewhere folks reporting they're fine with qBittorrent on Sonoma - no idea what versions of qB. I would suspect older versions. Seems like most folks stay one or two behind newest. I know I do (haven't gone to Sonoma yet, myself). So, hang ...

Re: v4.5.0 on Ventura crashing daily
Earlier I mentioned using OnyX and doing a deep clean via the Maintenance tab. Another strategy, admittedly extreme but has fixed a couple users' issues, is to do a deep clean via FindAnyFile, holding down option key when clicking 'Find' (searches as root). You will need to re-load all torrents but ...

Use FindAnyFile and click option as you click 'Find' so as to search as root.
That helped.

Perhaps I don't understand.
On the left/sidebar under 'Status' there are all sorts of views/selections. See 'Seeding'.
Or do you mean something different?

Re: PIA Downloading Metadata issue
PIA does forward ports though not all their servers do. More, they change the port number willy-nilly.

Re: v4.5.0 on Ventura crashing daily
Damn! I forgot I made this post. I am happy to say all is well now. I used OnyX and did a deep clean via the Maintenance tab. Have been up and purring nicely for well over a week.

v4.5.0 on Ventura crashing daily
I was so very happy to return to qBittorrent a few days ago. I have 1,805 torrents loaded and all is great. Until it isn't. Another user has reported similar/same? https://qbforums.shiki.hu/viewtopic.php?t=10571 Where to find crash reports/logs? There are two (number of times it's crashed) files her...

v4.5.0 - me like - What's wrong with me?!
Been using v4.3.9 but decided to start fresh. Latest version for Mac is 4.5.0. I've noticed the discussion elsewhere but I just gotta say I like evrything I'm seeing.

Re: Apple Silicon
Yeah. No developer here. I do appreciate your replying. I had thought it was lack of an environment as much as lack of Mac developer talent. You and I worked in the past on my issue - qBittorrent bogging down as it nears 1,000 torrents. I thought it was fixed but no. So I gave up but keep hope alive...

Re: Can't get any Ratio
So you do have some ratio. Very small or nothing.
My point in asking about any leechers was about the fact that perhaps no one was needing what you have. Might be that is the case.
Sorry. I am no real help.
