I can't install the new beta, it says that the application is running, when its not. I even tried deleting my previous version to no avail. Any reason why?

I have had trouble installing the newest update to qbittorrent, but it says that the application is running even when its not, so i thought about deleting my current version to just install the new beta but that doesn't work either, is there a possible way to fix this problem? I also cannot install ...
