Someone, who's ip address is flagged as malware by malwarebytes is trying to connect to you to get a torrent you are seeding.

Virtually nothing. Do you have seeds? If there are no seeds it's then all you can do is wait until someone comes online who has more/all of the file you are looking for. Alternately, you can look for the same file at other trackers.

Did you download it from here? It's a false positive. Did you download it elsewhere? well, why would you do that? If you can't accept that, find a different client.

If you are not willing to seed, don't use torrents. As cmatt said, if you are concerned about this happening in the future, use a VPN.
