Totally rephrasing my question: Within QBT the folder specified as the default save path - let's call it 'Saves' - contains completed torrents. How would QBT act if 'Saves', as well as containing completed torrents also contained another folder - lets call it 1 - which contained some more completed ...

In my settings I have Torrent Management mode set to Auto and the 3 folders I have specified are all there and the settings are correct.
