This is only a permission issue. Make sure your folders have proper permissions and you are running qBittorrent with the right user. IF you are using Docker or something, permissions get way more complicated. You have to define the folders in the Docker file. Without that, qBittorrent simply does no...

This often happens if Windows Defender, or any other security software removes the crack file, DLL file, or something from the torrent. And thus you don't have 100%. Next time, you should just backup both folders.
%APPDATA%\qBittorrent
and
%LOCALAPPDATA%\qBittorrent

Just zip them up, or copy directly and things should just work out of the box fine.

But why move and then re-check?
You can enable re-check in Advanced Settings, but I don't see the point of performing it on other drives. Let's say you move it to a NAS, then recheck might take half a day. Read operations don't age SSD drives for example.

There is a WebUI in qBittorrent now, it's been there for many years. You can enable it in Settings.

Hmm this is an interesting suggestion.. Not sure if it's possible to implement hotkeys in the right-click menu though, have to check that..

Upd1: I do see hotkeys in the source, but they don't appear when I open the list..

Check Excecution Log, see what happened. You can also check when it got added exactly.
If you have WebUI port open, that's already a security risk there..
