Sledge, the date is wrong at the news page. It says 22 March for v4.4.3 while v4.4.2 has been released on 24 March.

Best you can do is open an issue at Github and provide as detailed as possible information, and if possible a crash log.

True, the speed shown at the bottom is not 100% accurate I can confirm. But its limited, honors your settings surely and works as intented. I did measure it for some days in the past.
