Re: Remove .unwanted functionality

Dumping whole files you don't need into the same dir as needed ones is kinda confusing especially when you have a folder with multiple videos - there's no way of telling which one is complete w/o looking into qBt client. I would personally go with ut-style single-file for mapping unused chunks and s...

Re: qBittorent is crashing

There's actually not a single line mentioning qBt binary in the stack trace, which makes me believe this is a libtorrent bug.

Re: help compiling qbittorrent with vc 10 [libtorrentd.lib]
qbittorrent.exe exited with code -1073741515
So you did build it, but it doesn't launch. The most likely cause is that you don't have necessary libraries in %PATH% variable, that is if you want to start directly from Qt Creator. If not you should copy resulting exe al...

Re: Unofficial 64-bit installer/archive 3.0.[6-11]/3.1.0/3.2.0alpha

3.2.0alpha and experimental builds updates. Mostly contains some hotfixes for RSS and scheduler code; also uses libtorrent 0.16.12 which was just released today.

We have no web developers to implement this. If anybody wishes to rewrite WebUI code they're welcome.

I am not aware of any changes of how RSS settings/rules are saved/loaded from disk between 3.0.x and 3.1.x
Also let's say that we magically solve the UNC path problem and pass the UNC paths to libtorrent. Will it be able to recognise, use, read and write to them?
Yes. I've tested this by using native slashes in a couple of places in the code. Though I've indefinitely p...

Hello, some one know, how work this \\NETSTORAGE\Movies\DOWNLOAD\ or this \\192.168.1.2\Movies\DOWNLOAD\ now? In 3.1.0 stable?
No. Mapped drives will work. UNC paths will not

This needs fixing directory separators all over the code

Re: Unofficial 64-bit installer/archive 3.0.[6-11]/3.1.0alpha
Or that the transition only to 3.2, because of the ini settings, would mess up the sizes and result in not being re-sizable. Re: Unofficial 64-bit installer/archive 3.0.[6-11]/3.1.0alpha

 • 3.1.0 is out
 • 3.1.0alpha builds removed
 • 3.2.0alpha experimental build added
3.2.0alpha experimental build uses Qt5. If you plan on using it please read the warning in the 1st post.
