Re: wierd behaviour

How, where, when did you see this? If you think its suspicious imma just say to you that you don't need to worry about anything mate :). Most likely is it DHT starting up and connecting to nodes at startup. qBittorrent is Open Source and based on libtorrent rasterbar, if you still ain't convienced y...

Re: qBittorrent 2.8.4 **unofficial mingw build**

I might be wrong but could that letter issue caused by the font that isnt available at your pc? Don't know for sure but thought imma mention it, worth a try :). Otherwise the cause is somewhere else what sledge mentioned I guess.

Re: qBittorrent 2.8.4 **unofficial mingw build**

I think ironcross means that while you are downloading for example an avi like you said Rastaman and you are trying to open this avi while downloading this can cause I/O errors. I/O errors can also be caused by too long filenames or bad sectors in your HDD (which isnt the case :) ). Offcourse you ca...

Re: qBittorrent 2.8.4 **unofficial mingw build**

Well im forcing nobody to try a clean install the right way, not everyone is doing it how its supposed to be thats why I put it here. Then its certainly a 64bit problem if it still exist, nothing I can do. Only thing is to post it at launchpad maybe.

Re: qBittorrent 2.8.4 **unofficial mingw build**

@s4nder: Forgot to mention, if you can't find those folders they might be hidden so you have to untick show hidden files and maps in windows options.

@Rastaman: Weird,, All does work properly here. You could/should try my advice few posts above too, I had those I/O problems also but fixed it.

Re: Multiple Trackers Aren't Recognized in 2.8.4

The default settings were not working for me either till I adjusted a few settings: Go to options -> Connection - Max Global Connections: 600 - Connection Limit Per Torrent: 200 Hope it helps :). Offcourse it a...

Re: Possibility to "fake useragent"

Well said loki I totally agree with you. The older versions had this kind of function to behave as an another client but they are getting banned almost instantly, especially at private trackers and are forbidden.
