Since it's a tracker message, I'd contact the site staff and ask them.
They know what software they run and what messages it can produce; they most likely have the answer too for this one.

One thing I did notice was if I tried to auto size a column with a long name, like Download Speed or Availability, it would size the column based on the header title and not the content. It should be sizing based on the content in the column, not the header title. You could make a suggestion about ...
