So even for you it's not essential, not even particularly 'useful' and just falls into being a 'fluffy dice' accessory kind of feature.

Call it what you want but it's essential TO ME. Don't want to use a torrent client without it.

But you said a couple of posts previously, it is "information only" and does not help you manage your torrents, how is that "essential"?

As you haven't really made a cast iron case for this feature can I draw your attention to this thread and point out that qBT is open source and you can add any features that you wish for and you are free to use any client that already HAS the features that YOU require.
It's a free market as far as BT clients are concerned, of course we would like more people to use qBT but if it does not meet your requirements and a strong case cannot be made for adding that feature, ... C'est la' vie.

As you have found out, a request has been made on the bug tracker a few months ago.
Currently I am in a mode where I implement whatever I want/like, from features.
And I do my best to fix bugs ASAP.
If someone else gave me patch implementing this I would probably accept it.
However I cannot tell you if or when I am going to implement this feature.
