Cleanup 'Options -> Downloads' interface look?

Is it just me or the Downloads section of Options looks messy as hell:



So many frames inside 'File system' part, so everything looks messy and it's easy to get lost in all those frames...
What do you think?

Got a point there. It's a bit like uTorrent's settings. TOO complicated for the Average Joe.
Maybe an Azureus (/Vuze) like "Simple settings" would do the job.
