One feature that I've been hoping for from qB... basically it gives an estimated time of seed ratio completion based on current upload speed when set by the global ratio or per torrent ratio.
And, I would think a way to turn it off/on just in case some might not want it.

It's nice to know how long you'll have to seed when you want a certain ratio.
