Hello. I have certain downloads that show an ETA when there is a single peer and that peer shows only 26% Progress (for example). Does "ETA" mean how long it will take to download the 26%? I always thought it meant the estimated time after which the download will be complete - meaning 100%.
Can someone clarify?
