Multi Connection

I have some idea, judge it 
Torrent network download a part of file so perfectly suitable to multi connection. what I mean by that I tell on example.
I have middle internet via Lan 20mb/s home via LAN and the 10mb/s on smartphone and I may connect my PC to hotspt.
So together i have 30mb/s.
Another bittorrent client don't have something like that, so it's unique option. Maybe you'll get more popularity, because statistically half people on the world have week connection. It's some Idea to remedy this problem.
