New user question, so my apologies. I am trying to download version 4.2.1 onto a Mac using Mojave. The download instructions are relatively easy to follow until I am confronted with a "file signatures choice". These are the options. Which should I be choosing?

Yea, don't verify. Those are only there - so you can verify if someone tampered with the downloaded file. This is very rarely - if ever needed. It's there so the very careful folks could verify each release download. But for regular folks, it's no use.
