The ability to delete files during uploads and uploads is missing

The ability to delete files while downloading is present in most torrent clients, moreover, when you delete files manually qBittorrent breaks the ability to download and distribute (and annoyingly draws the user's attention to it).
It would be good to add such an option to this torrent client.
