connection limits help

HI all, very new to this, looking for someone to help me understand how to find the connections limits values or how to do the math to find the correct numbers for myself? i have an upload of 386Mbps and download of 36Mbps, thanks in advance

I think you have the values mixed up. Upload is usually (almost always) is lower than download.

To see in MEGABYTE/second: https://www.gbmb.org/mbps-to-mbs
Megabit to anything: https://www.gbmb.org/megabits

What you want is - Megabits to Kilobytes: https://www.gbmb.org/mbit-to-kb
(Kilobytes is what qB uses).
