Stalled torrent

I have an 855.5 Mib torrent -- piano music by Mozart -- that's stalled. I'm a neophyte user and have not found in the FAQ or other posts instructions on how to start a stalled torrent, assuming that's possible. I'll welcome help. Thanks.

If this is the only torrent that is stalled it's likely there are no seeders. If all the torrents you download stall the port you choose is not opened or used by another program.

I see something similar. I'm at 31% and stalled. I see 3 peers, 2 at 31% and one at 100%. Sometimes the 100% disappears then comes back, sometimes one of the other ones disappears, probably giving up. Why aren't I getting anything from the 100% peer?
