Max upload slots

There are 2 options that dictate the number of upload slots.  Why cant either of these be set to 0?  This option is available in other clients.

What would be the point of having zero upload slots (per torrent)????

So don't set a limit, therefore unlimited... I fail to see the problem.
However, if you need the ability to limit per torrent or globally the option is available.
